Job Title: Express Shop Sales Consultant (Cape Town)<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa

\u2022Represents Wurth as a brand ambassador by selling products and offering sales services to customers
\n\u2022Meet the annual revenue target achievement
\n\u2022Implement strategies to increase sales of shops
\n\u2022Offer aftersales service and support to customers
\n\u2022Maintain good working relationships with colleagues in the sales team
\n\u2022Maintain all articles based on demand, overstock, deletion, supersession and focus on the balance of the product range
\n\u2022Identify and engage potential customers
\n\u2022Processing orders and goods returned for credit
\n\u2022Assistance in payment collections and act as a support to credit controllers
\n\u2022Receive, process stock orders and follow up on delivery daily
\n\u2022Responsible for updating the shop display as and when needed
\n\u2022Visual merchandising by utilizing brochures, advertising and catalogues to optimize the shopping experience for customers
\n\u2022General day to day running of the shop (observing maintenance and wear and tear)
\n\u2022Manage, accurately record and control stock movement
\n\u2022Ensure stock takes are completed timeously and make recommendations to management with regards to surplus and slow-moving items
\nmonthly
\n\u2022Prepare parcels for collections and shipment
\n\u2022Generate and respond to sales leads and implement initiatives to drive sales
\n\u2022Analyse reports and sales figures
\n\u2022Administration of daily & monthly sales reports
\n\u2022Perform ad-hoc duties from time to time
\n\u2022Prepare and assist in co-ordination for Customer Days
\n\u2022Manage customer complaints and escalate where necessary<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric or equivalent
\n\u2022Must reside within the area (Centurion) or 20km radius
\n\u2022Excellent Communication skills
\n\u2022Fluent in English (additional South African language\/s advantageous)
\n\u2022Sales orientated, goal driven & self-motivated
\n\u2022Computer Literate (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
\n\u2022Product Knowledge relevant to W\u00fcrth South Africa industry
\n\u2022Minimum of 2 years sales and\/or customer service experience
\n\u2022Ability to work independently and participate actively within a team
\n\u2022Reliable transport
\n\u2022Clear Criminal Record
\n\u2022Clear Credit History<\/p>\n
