If you have the potential for management and you would like to enhance your career by developing your skills, this is the position for you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Site Supervisor &#8211; Velddrif (West Coast)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Velddrif, Western Cape, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> SS_S_G_Lucky Star | Velddrif (West Coast)<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Responsible for the Deep Cleaning processes.<br \/>\n\u2022Lead and manage a team to ensure the handover of a Food Safe Site.<br \/>\n\u2022Manage and ensure effective operations at all times.<br \/>\n\u2022Maintain Customer relationship; meet Customer expectations and eliminate plant damage &amp; downtime.<br \/>\n\u2022Adhere to and promote the Company Value system by compliance with the Ecowize Way.<br \/>\n\u2022Deliver weekly and monthly reports.<br \/>\nRequirements<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Grade 12<br \/>\n\u2022Able to work a shift position.<br \/>\n\u2022Background in stock control, stock management, ordering, and processing of stock advantageous.<br \/>\n\u2022Experience in the cleaning of food processing facilities advantageous.<br \/>\n\u2022Minimum of 1 years\u2019 experience in the food production industry an advantage.<br \/>\n\u2022Must be able to manage the strict flow of operation and variable allocation of resources.<br \/>\n\u2022Knowledge of Cleanwize procedures essential.<br \/>\n\u2022High-Quality administrative skills required.<br \/>\n\u2022Meet key delivery dates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attributes:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Good communicator both verbally and written.<br \/>\n\u2022Ability to manage and delegate tasks and duties.<br \/>\n\u2022Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.<br \/>\n\u2022Must be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values; Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Open Communication, and Service Excellence.<\/p>\n<p>The Company is committed to complying with legislation and to meet its strategic goals with regard to employment equity.<\/p>\n<p>When applying for jobs, ensure that you have the minimum job requirements.
