Overall Supervision of production, manpower and quality at Roll Forming section.<br \/>\n2. Supervising the Roll Forming process, ensuring optimal production, Safety of manpower, and<br \/>\nreduction on avoidable delays.<br \/>\n3. Meet production targets through shift wise execution of Production Programmes at Roll Forming<br \/>\nsection.<br \/>\n4. Monitoring product and Quality standards \u2013 to ensure that products are produced on time and are<br \/>\nof good acceptable quality.<br \/>\n5. Ensuring usage of systems of production tracking (SAP) and quality control.<br \/>\n6. Participating in finding solutions for repetitive equipment failures and product complaints.<br \/>\n7. Timely reporting of equipment health issues \u2013 for timely address to reduce on downtime.<br \/>\n8. Actively participate in problem solving for safety, productivity and quality improvement.<br \/>\n9. Control of material such as strapping wire, lifting belts \/ tongs and Power at finishing ensuring that<br \/>\nthey conform to the Budget.<br \/>\n10. Supervising and motivating a team of workers; through effective supervision and solving \/<br \/>\nreporting of people issues where applicable.<br \/>\n11. Ensure Team compliance to Quality, Environment, Health and Safety.<br \/>\n12. Supervise, participate and support 5K activities at Roll Forming.<br \/>\n13. Performing other duties as assigned by the Production Engineer.<br \/>\nRequirements<br \/>\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements<br \/>\ni. Minimum Diploma \u2013 Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering or<br \/>\nequivalent qualifications from a recognized institution<br \/>\nii. Minimum of 6 years\u2019 relevant work experience in steel industry.<br \/>\niii. Must have experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Health and Safety.<br \/>\niv. Ability to supervise and coordinate workforce with passion to achieve results<br \/>\nv. Proficiency in computer software applications; MS Word \/ Excel\/ Power point.<br \/>\nvi. Manufacturing industry experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional\/specific work requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\na.
