Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):<\/strong>
\nProvide an effective HR Administration Management and Support function
\n\u2022Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as disciplinary interventions, employee movements (transfers, promotions, terminations, leave, garnishees etc.)
\n\u2022Accurately capture information on HR ERP.
\n\u2022Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures by line management and all employees.
\n\u2022Explain company HR policies, benefits, and procedures to employees.
\n\u2022Take part in internal and external audits and clear all audit findings.
\n\u2022Draft and maintain process maps for area of responsibility.
\n\u2022Provide input in departmental budget and function within approved budget requirements.
\n\u2022Assist with all internal and external HR related enquiries or requests
\n\u2022Prior preparation for meeting attendance e.g. meeting agenda, meeting minute distribution, actioned meeting action points etc.
\n\u2022Be actively involved in the attainment of Department and Company Goals and objectives.
\n\u2022Abide by company processes and current employment laws and regulations.<\/p>\n

Facilitate Employee Relations processes:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Ensure compliance with all relevant labour legislation and regulations.
\n\u2022Investigate, review, and mediate grievances and other employee disputes.
\n\u2022Review all discipline and performance actions to ensure they are appropriate and complete and develop positive working relationships with management, union officials and employees.
\n\u2022Advise the HR Manager of employee relations problems.
\n\u2022Facilitate informal resolution of grievances and complaints.
\n\u2022Responsible for the fair application of progressive discipline.
\n\u2022Prepare monthly ER report.<\/p>\n

Facilitate employee training and skills development:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Present Induction training programme
\n\u2022Provide advice to line management and employees regarding training needs, conducting skills audits and administration and facilitation of training requests.
\n\u2022Compile the statutory Work Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.
\n\u2022Monitor and action the progress against the Work Skills Plan.
\n\u2022Implement training identified in the Individual Performance Plans.
\n\u2022Provide and monitor Internship programmes
\n\u2022Prepare Ad Hoc reports<\/p>\n

Responsible for the implementation and management of all Transformation and BBBEE processes:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Facilitate the interim and final BBBEE verification process.
\n\u2022Update the system monthly.
\n\u2022Implement initiatives to improve BBBEE score.
\n\u2022Provide Annual and Ad hoc reporting.
\n\u2022Attend and minute EE Committee meetings.
\n\u2022Attend and minute BBBEE meetings.<\/p>\n

Create and maintain Job Descriptions and Job Evaluations:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Facilitate the compilation of job descriptions for all positions.
\n\u2022Evaluate positions for salary staff.
\n\u2022Maintain HR ERP system with accurate job data.
\n\u2022Provide Annual and Ad hoc reporting.
\nRequirements
\nACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
\n\u2022Grade 12
\n\u2022National Diploma\/Degree in HR Management<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE:<\/strong>
\n\u20223 Years\u2019 Human Resources Generalist Experience \u2013 within the Manufacturing Industry<\/p>\n
