\nMeets collections and arrears targets in terms of lending products.

\nEnsure that all reports and information required is submitted as per set deadlines.
\nAssists in ensuring that the branch is in compliance with legislation set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and Bayport policies.
\nEnsure that all processes and administration are auctioned according to company guidelines and take corrective action to report and highlight all risk areas to relevant stakeholders.
