South African Breweries recruits <strong>Account Manager (On\/Off Premise)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above vacancy within the East Coast Region.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">KEY PURPOSE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To implement a market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within the targeted customer base, thereby delivering sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">KEY OUTPUTS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve sales volume and market share targets in identified segments.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the national\/regional and adhoc promotions according to the RMP. This includes demand shaping promotion activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective placement and management of fridges and draught as per the regional marketing plan guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure BTL merchandising execution according to regional marketing plan.<\/li>\n<li>Execute customer signage according to the regional marketing plans.<\/li>\n<li>Manage price to regional recommended selling prices per segment guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure AMPPS and all related activities are executed to SAB guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage sound customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure rep calling is executed according to the defined TSP per segment.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct monthly customer account reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries.<\/li>\n<li>Manage product quality according to SAB quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Manage sales administration requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage budget to promotional plans guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Manage trade visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Persuasiveness and well developed selling ability.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal ability and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan effectively and execute plans.<\/li>\n<li>Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage self and territory.<\/li>\n<li>Strong achievement orientation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">QUALIFICATIONS \/ EXPERIENCE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years Sales experience in an FMCG environment.<\/li>\n<li>No alcohol related health problems.<\/li>\n<li>Valid Code 8 driver\u2019s license \u2013 unendorsed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The advert has minimum requirements listed.
