Job Title: Project Administration Officer<\/strong>

\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent
\nSalary:<\/strong> R 257,508.00 – 303,339.00 Annually<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nRESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Project manage administrative aspects of the occupational training programs
\n\u2022Establish and maintaining updated databases where and when required
\n\u2022Submitting monthly and quarterly reports to project stakeholders
\n\u2022Liaise with External Stakeholders, CEO, College Staff, Private Sector organisations, Academic Institutions, SETAs
\n\u2022Ensuring project deliverables are met within the time frames as per the MOU\/SLA
\nRequirements<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Grade 12
\n\u20223 years relevant TVET work experience and knowledge of the SETA regulatory environment
\n\u2022Knowledge of the FET Act, Skills Development Act, Project Co-ordination, NQF and SETA Knowledge
\n\u2022Computer literate
\n\u2022Drivers licence<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Relevant tertiary qualification
\n\u2022SDF skills and knowledge
\n\u2022Training in Project Management<\/p>\n
