\nLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

\nProviding feedback regarding suggestions for improvement and market research
\nCustomer account maintenance
\nAttending of ad hoc training sessions
\nFind and capitalise on new product opportunities and possible turnkey projects by positioning the brand of ACDC in these customers.

\nEssential: 3 – 5 years\u2019 experience in Sales \u2013 Electrical \/ Electronics
\nProven work experience as a Category Specialist \u2013 Security\/Security Field Sales
\nSales Experience in the security field dealing with Gate Motors, Electric Fencing, Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, WiFi and IP cameras or kits, HDMI and VGA Switches as well as all relevant accessories
\nThe ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
\nSolid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
\nSound communication skills (written & verbal), coupled with the effective ability to interact with people at all levels
\nAvailability to travel as and when required
\nA relevant Sales, Marketing, or closely related qualification would be advantageous.
\nComputer literate (Microsoft office, AccPacc, Syspro, Power BI, Sage Enterprise Intelligence)
\nA demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of new technology trends.
\nDemonstrate Problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
\nDelivering strategies to optimize Sales Force performance
\nAnticipating business needs, identifying strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate business risks
