\nEnsure the effective planning and execution of the Enterprise\u2019s Customer
\nMarketing Strategy and against set objectives, targets and budgets, with a clear
\nfocus on maximising customer value through engagement. This includes all
\nCustomer Relationship Marketing journey communication, marketing tactical
\ncampaigns, upsell and cross sell campaigns, across the STI brands and 1Life
\nbrands on all channels with the purpose to create customer loyalty and
\nadvocacy, increase retentions, increase share of wallet and longer survival rate
\nfor higher customer Life Time Value (LTV).<\/p>\n
\nProvide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns.
\nManage and execution of multiple customer engagement journeys and
\nmarketing campaigns across all channels on the Marketing Automation Platform.<\/p>\n
\nDeliver specified outcomes and provide others with expert advice while working
\nwithin established marketing programs.<\/p>\n
\nContribute to the development of tactical marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n
\nPlan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project
\nworking relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are
\nidentified and met.
\nWork with multiple stakeholders for the strategic planning, development and
\ntimely execution of integrated, top to bottom of the funnel marketing campaigns
\nto build brand awareness, drive acquisition, retention and customer lifetime
\nvalue.
\nPartner closely with internal teams, including: Customer Relationship Marketing,
\nDirect Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Science and Analytics and Business
\nIntelligence for campaign continuity.<\/p>\n
\nSupport digital channel management by analyzing best practices through
\ncompetitive benchmarking, customer insights, A\/B testing, feedback from crossfunctional
\npartners, and site feature\/functionality enhancement.
\nConduct marketing automation system administration.
\nRun A\/B tests on campaigns and landing pages to optimise performance.<\/p>\n
\nReview non-compliance issues and find solutions to ad hoc problems within an
\nassigned unit or discipline. Involves working under guidance and within existing
\ncompliance systems.
\nEnsure consistency across campaigns in strategy, creative assets and design,
\nmessaging.
\nEnsure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and data.<\/p>\n
\nDraft elements of project review reports and presentations to support delivery of
\nthe review process.
\nTrack campaign and program results and report metrics, and tweak workflows
\naccordingly.<\/p>\n
\nIdentify shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, and use
\nestablished change management programs to address them.
\nSet up journeys and workflows on the marketing automation platform such as
\nlead nurturing, welcome and onboarding sequences, re-engagement, upsell and
\ncross sell, boost customer engagement and the overall customer experience
\nthrough tactical campaigns and improve retention through retention workflows.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development
\nplanning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or
\nmaintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve
\nperformance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant
\ntechnology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing
