\nResponsible for general project admin, financial admin and administration of quality management system.
\nTo provide administrative support to the PL, PM and PE of the delivery unit

\nEstablishing and managing the project filing system
\nAgreeing \/ finalising the document management processes
\nManaging the distribution and control of project documentation
\nManaging the delivery and acceptance of project documentation\/deliverables
\nArchiving project documentation<\/p>\n
\nEstablishing and managing the project filing system
\nActing as a point of reference on the use of the project QMS<\/p>\n
\nPreparation and updating of Sciforma plans
\nChecking planned vs actual utilisation of resources<\/p>\n
\nAccessing procurement templates
\nExecuting \/ processing sub-consultants administration
\nArranging project travel<\/p>\n
\nArranging for the production and distribution of project financial information
\nExecuting \/ processing reimbursing expenses

\nActing as a central point for the project for the management of change.

\nTracking the implementation of Change Confirmations<\/p>\n
\nEstablishing and maintaining a project Issues Register
\nManaging the status of issues raised<\/p>\n
\nEstablishing and maintaining the project Risk Register<\/p>\n
\nOrganising project meetings
\nPreparing and distributing meetings minutes\/notes<\/p>\n
\nEstablishing and maintaining stakeholder communication plan
\nMonitoring the Communication Plan<\/p>\n
\nAdministration of job descriptions
\nPreparation of project plans
\nOrganising project team meetings
\nAccessing Sciforma reports<\/p>\n
\nQualifications:<\/strong>
\nProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
\nGrade 12
\nNational Diploma in Office \/ Business Administration \u2013 Management or Relevant Certificates<\/p>\n
\n5 – 8 Years\u2019 experience in an administrative role
\nKnowledge of Consulting Management
\nKnowledge of ISO 9001
\nSciforma or PM software experience<\/p>\n
