Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nKey Performance Areas:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Understanding of customer & sales requirements
\n\u2022 Budgets & forecasting
\n\u2022 Compilation and analysis of reports necessary for Executive outputs
\n\u2022 Leadership of sales team in a fast paced environment
\n\u2022 Building strong relationships with affiliate partners
\n\u2022 Coordinate the processes that could involve multi departmental implementations.
\n\u2022 Develop & implement strategic plans to maximise returns<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nPosition Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Previous experience in call centre environment essential (preference will be given to a sales\/reservations type environment)
\n\u2022 Experience with online travel channels and tour operators
\n\u2022 Sound understanding of budgeting principles
\n\u2022 Implementation of sound processes and systems to ensure business flow
\n\u2022 Exposure to the time share and leisure industry
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills to develop revenue return & business growth
\n\u2022 Negotiation of agreements
\n\u2022 Excellent administrative skills
\n\u2022 Computer literate<\/p>\n
