\nThe Senior Applications Developer – CRM is part of an agile development team, working on the deployment, customization and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the firm.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Collaborating with other members of the digital transformation team, business analysts, operations team, projects team and IT team to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions.
\n\u2022Developing and maintaining a platform roadmap
\n\u2022Designing solutions, including process maps and workflow diagrams in alignment with standard coding practices and technology requirements
\n\u2022Evaluating and testing vendor-supplied software packages determining compatibility with existing systems.
\n\u2022Providing technical support and trouble-shooting for vendor-software
\n\u2022Customizing the System to meet the requirements of the business
\n\u2022Integrating current systems and services into the CRM Architecture
\n\u2022Assisting with deployment and provisioning activities
\n\u2022Implementing Business Workflows and processes
\n\u2022Responsibility for collaborating with and upskilling of first line support team with regards to Dynamics CRM administration

\nQualifications, Experience and Knowledge:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Grade 12
\n\u2022Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
\n\u20225 \u2013 7 Years\u2019 experience with software development, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
\n\u2022A full knowledge of the D365 system specifically development & implementation.
\n\u2022A knowledge of JavaScript and HTML Design.
\n\u2022Basic knowledge of model driven frameworks
\n\u2022Understanding of SQL Server DB
\n\u2022Familiar with AGILE software delivery methodologies.
\n\u2022Exceptional code review and quality assurance skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Proficiency in Developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
\n\u2022Demonstrated Proficiency in customising and creating CRM Entities
\n\u2022Demonstrated Proficiency in Understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
