Key Performance Outputs:<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 Ensure effective administrative support to the Resourcing Department.
\n\u2022 Co-Ordinate the end-to-end employment process.
\n\u2022 Conduct interviews for assigned positions in line with policy and structured processes.
\n\u2022 Ensure proper record keeping and management of all resourcing related documents.
\n\u2022 Ensure timeous processing of invoices.
\n\u2022 Constant liaison with HR Shared Services Centre (SSC) and Contact Centre on Payroll and Cost & Benefit related matters.
\n\u2022 Liaise and maintain professional relationship with HR Service Providers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Technical Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/span>

\n\u2022 The position requires at least a three year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Knowledge of HR Practices, Policies and Procedures.
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential with specific reference to Microsoft Excel and Word.
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of an ERP System such as Oracle or SAP will be an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 The ideal candidate must work well with others to achieve results and be customer oriented.
\n\u2022 Strong planning and organizing skills are critical requirements.
\n\u2022 This position requires a high level of integrity with strong work ethics and values.<\/div>\n
