Job Summary:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Effectively manage contacts from start to finish with customers, regardless of the data distribution channel.
\n\u2022Contribute to the achievement of organisational objectives through understanding and delivering the
\nrequired individual targets (e.g. achieving talk time targets, sales targets etc.).
\n\u2022Deliver efficient customer service levels through effective call management.
\n\u2022Achieve operational requirements and service delivery through effective time and attendance management.
\n\u2022Connect, develop rapport, form relationships and ensure positive customer experiences at all times.
\n\u2022Understand the customers\u2019 unique profile, identifying a relevant course of action based on customer needs
\nand undertake an appropriate course of action ensuring customer satisfaction.
\n\u2022Responsible for individual actions and the delivery of high quality standards.
\n\u2022Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others.
\n\u2022Deliver on Treating Customers Fairly principles in alignment with regulatory requirements<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nEssential:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric \/ Grade 12\/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent*
\n\u2022At least 1- 2 years sales experience, preferably in the short term or long term insurance industry<\/p>\n

Desirable:<\/strong>
\n\u2022The appropriate FAIS accreditation and RE
\n\u2022A relevant 3 year Business related degree \/ diploma<\/p>\n
