\nLocation:<\/strong> Windhoek, Khomas Region, Namibia

\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent\/Contract<\/p>\n
\nLead and contribute to a vibrant excellence culture within NBS; Lead and Provide high quality, research, teaching and learning, supervision and consultancy; monitor and contribute to the implementation of the main academic strategy; providing advice on improvements where necessary; delivering the school curriculum and research objectives; providing quality research supervision and research output to students; provide guidance and direction to staff who are being supervised by the incumbent of these positions; create and maintain a professional academic environment that will lead to the school achieving international accreditation; provide service to the academic and wider community and perform any other duties as may be required.<\/p>\n
\nA student in possession of a Masters degree, and currently enrolled for PhD studies preferably for the Doctorate program at NBS. Aforementioned qualifications should be in a Management discipline ( Operations or Project Management; Human Resources or Leadership; Finance or Accounting , Research). Candidates should have a strong interest in pursuing a career in academia, and should be available to lecture.<\/p>\n
