We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes.
\nInternal Recruiter responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, and advertising job openings online. To be successful in this role, you should have work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates.

\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent\/Contract
\nSalary: <\/strong>Market Related<\/p>\n
\nCollaborate with hiring managers to write job advertisements for current openings
\nDetermine qualification criteria for each position
\nAdvertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
\nSource candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
\nScreen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
\nInterview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
\nReport to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions and possible candidates for them to interview
\nUpdate job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
\nAnswer candidates\u2019 queries regarding the application process
\nProvide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
\nParticipate in job fairs to boost company\u2019s reputation
\nHelp new hires onboard
\nMust be registered with MIE to perform qualification \/ criminal \/ and all other relevant checks<\/p>\n
\nQualification or training in recruitment (Targeted Selection)
\nRegistered Agent with MIE Kroll \u00b7 Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
\nSolid understanding of full-cycle recruiting \u00b7 Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n
