Job Title: Pest Control Technicians – Randfontein<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Randfontein, Gauteng, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> PCT_JK
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent
\nSalary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nResponsibilities include:<\/strong>
\n\u2022You will be responsible for inspecting buildings and the surrounding property for signs of insects, rodents and other pests.
\n\u2022Then determine which treatment is best and use the proper baits or traps to remove them.
\n\u2022Spray chemical solutions, powders, and gases on or near surfaces of a building or house to eliminate pests.
\n\u2022Identify invading pests, including rats, termites, snakes, wasps, ants, spiders, mosquitos, or bed bugs.
\n\u2022Set mechanical traps and place bait. Remove dead rodents after extermination.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nMinimum Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Grade 12
\n\u2022Pest Control Operator experience essential.
\n\u2022P-Registration with Department of Agriculture.
\n\u2022Able to work flexible hours and overtime.
\n\u2022Must have a valid driver\u2019s license and be willing to travel.<\/p>\n

Required skill sets:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Good understanding and knowledge of the Pest Control Industry and service orientated.
\n\u2022Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized.
\n\u2022Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems.
\n\u2022Attention to detail.
\n\u2022Customer-centric.
\n\u2022Must have a strong preference to work within the Ecowize culture and values; Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Open Communication, and Service Excellence.<\/p>\n
