Job Title: Sales Manager – Educor Durban<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> SMCV
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nTo effectively coach, supervise and coordinate the daily sales activities of the sales team in order to achieve and exceed set sales targets for the campus.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Monitor and motivate direct reports in order to reach agreed sales budgets.
\n\u2022Deliver excellent customer service.
\n\u2022Carry out accurate and efficient sales related administration.
\n\u2022Display and apply extensive product knowledge.
\n\u2022Display accurate and efficient use of ICAS and Goldmine systems.<\/p>\n

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/strong>
\n1.Sales revenue vs Target
\n2.Deliver excellent customer service
\n3.Sales Administration and Reporting
\n4.Management of Sales consultants
\n5.Product knowledge and system usage<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nREQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Matric is essential and a relevant qualification \/ Diploma \/ degree with Sales and Marketing is advantageous.
\n2.A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role is required.
\n3.Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.<\/p>\n
