\nResponsible for complete solutions design, analysis and facilitate implementation roadmaps in conjunction with relevant internal stakeholders in order to ensure seamless delivery. On a continuous basis conduct a risk \/ impact analysis on current or proposed technologies and capabilities to mitigate risk and ensure stability and continuity.
\nTo proactively work alongside GIT Internal and \/ or Business stakeholders in order to identify technology solutions and capabilities which meet and improve operational and business requirements.
\nTo ensure efficient documentation and governance of architecture landscape.
\nTo ensure effective handover and understanding of designs and frameworks to project delivery and production support operations on an on-going basis.
\nTo proactively research and identify relevant technology and system design patterns to optimally address enterprise requirements and ensure continuous improvement.
\nProvide specialised support and guidance to relevant internal stakeholders on system(s) and \/ or processes during change design and planning and acts as a subject matter experts that supports operational team.
\nDrives short & long term architecture strategy and roadmaps for the overall IT project portfolio for key segments and solution domains (short term insurance, life insurance and insurance related products).
\nParticipates in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business and IT strategy.
\nCommunicates and validates program architecture with infrastructure team, software development team, project management team, and IT management team to ensure effective participation in the project management lifecycle.
\nEstablish successful working relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
\nClose collaboration with IT Senior management.
\nDeliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others.
\nDeliver on Treating Customers Fairly principles in alignment with regulatory requirements
\nOwn and drive the process of impact assessments for all and any change requests and or new projects.
\nWork closely with the head of IT Security to ensure alignment of Infrastructure, applications, capabilities and IT Security
\nTo support the operational teams with the planning of new Infrastructure initiatives on an on-going basis which will include IT Infrastructure architectural planning, design and rollout.
\nTo work alongside the GIT Project Management team to assist with the build and the deployment of Infrastructure according to the design on an on-going basis.
\nTo proactively work alongside the GIT Monitoring team and identify whether the deployed Infrastructure operates and meets with the original design parameters once implemented and address any possibly capacity constraints thereafter on an on-going basis.
\nTo mitigate Infrastructure risks (single points of failure, capacity constraints, security, etc) and maintain the improvement list within Telesure\u2019s current and newly implemented Infrastructure and propose solutions on an on-going basis.
\nTo work alongside the GIT Software development team so as to proactively identify hardware and network requirements for Telesure Business initiatives on an on-going basis
\nTo provide support to the Enterprise Project Office by identifying infrastructure or process related improvements to ensure that new solutions are proposed and is effectively implemented as well as assist with the development and definition of business cases on an ad-hoc basis.<\/p>\n

\nCertification in a IT industry standard framework like TOGAF, ITIL and AGILE<\/p>\n
\nProject management certification (PMBOK \/ Prince2)<\/p>\n
\n5+ years\u2019 experience in a production IT environment managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas.
\n3 years exposure to application development principles and support
\n2 years exposure to ITIL disciplines
\n2 year exposure to IT security disciplines
\nAbility to write architectural design documents or review design documents provided by others.
\nKnowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies and ability to apply trends to architectural needs.<\/p>\n
\nIf the above mentioned was within the Financial Services Industry<\/p>\n
\nITIL disciplines (incident, change, capacity, demand, business continuity management etc)
