Job Title: Assistant Manager Food & Beverage \u2013 Dikhololo<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Brits, North West, South Africa

\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nThe above role is required on one of our established properties: Assistant Management responsibility of a Food & Beverage division.<\/p>\n

Key Performance Areas:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Department revenues, welfare, training, expense control, operating equipment, direct costs and other expenses in order to achieve set budgets
\n\u2022Monitoring and control of all food and beverage results inclusive but not limited to food, beverage, operating equipment and operating supplies and trading summaries
\n\u2022Maintaining Service Standards in all F&B areas relating to management
\n\u2022Revenue control and management
\n\u2022Efficient, effective communication between all stake holders.
\n\u2022Manage workplace relations through adherence to the relevant legislation and internal policies and procedures
\n\u2022Ensure that the department procures the best quality raw material and cost effective equipment.
\n\u2022Procurement & control of certain consumable & non consumable stocks and assets including the conducting of regular stock takes
\n\u2022Dealing with guest queries, requests and complaints and management of guest relations<\/p>\n

Preference will be given to a candidate who comes from a resort background.
\nRequirements:<\/strong>
\nPosition Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Proven F&B Management experience and a history of experience in the Hospitality industry
\n\u2022 Proven management skills including : Guest & Staff relations and administration, Management of revenue streams, Budgeting and Financial experience
\n\u2022 Excellent understanding of all aspects of Hospitality Operations
\n\u2022 Computer literacy skills including : Excel and Word<\/p>\n

Person Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Desire and ability to work in a fairly remote location
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
\n\u2022 Attention to detail
\n\u2022 Proven communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work normal hospitality hours including shifts, overtime, working weekends and public holidays
\n\u2022 Own transport and a valid driver\u2019s license essential
\n\u2022 Single accommodation available<\/p>\n
