Generate and maintain opportunity pipeline and credible business forecasts to meet sales targets<br \/>\nNew Business Development<br \/>\nProactively assess, clarify and validate customer requirements<br \/>\nResponding to customer requests timeously ie leads<br \/>\nTrack and record sales activities on all accounts<br \/>\nAttending to customer\u2019 billing and support queries and ensuring smooth resolution<br \/>\nCo-ordinate cross functional processes to ensure all functions integrate and contribute to customer satisfaction<br \/>\nAdhering to defined sales process and quality standards<br \/>\nConsistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets<br \/>\nParticipate in broader L.I.T strategies and business initiatives in order to generate revenue<br \/>\nImplement a detailed sales strategy for all accounts<br \/>\nGenerating and following up on customer order forms<br \/>\nBuilding and managing internal customer relationships<br \/>\nObtaining information regarding the customer activity cycle and current telecommunications infrastructure and identifying business opportunities where deemed viable<br \/>\nRunning single or bulk feasibilities on potential customers<br \/>\nCustomer lifecycle management<br \/>\nDoing customer competitor analysis to improve market penetration<br \/>\nDoing win\/loss reviews to improve pricing and product offering<br \/>\nAnalysing market trends<br \/>\nBuild and grow client Relationships to ensure excellent customer experience<\/p>\n<p>Understand clients&#8217; business and generate new ideas to improve the customers\u2019 business.
