\nDeliver on Sales strategy (Target)
\nActively identify and pursue potential business\/customers. Generate and maintain opportunity pipeline and credible business forecasts to meet sales targets
\nNew Business Development
\nProactively assess, clarify and validate customer requirements
\nResponding to customer requests timeously ie leads
\nTrack and record sales activities on all accounts
\nAttending to customer\u2019 billing and support queries and ensuring smooth resolution
\nCo-ordinate cross functional processes to ensure all functions integrate and contribute to customer satisfaction
\nAdhering to defined sales process and quality standards
\nConsistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
\nParticipate in broader L.I.T strategies and business initiatives in order to generate revenue
\nImplement a detailed sales strategy for all accounts
\nGenerating and following up on customer order forms
\nBuilding and managing internal customer relationships
\nObtaining information regarding the customer activity cycle and current telecommunications infrastructure and identifying business opportunities where deemed viable
\nRunning single or bulk feasibilities on potential customers
\nCustomer lifecycle management
\nDoing customer competitor analysis to improve market penetration
\nDoing win\/loss reviews to improve pricing and product offering
\nAnalysing market trends
\nBuild and grow client Relationships to ensure excellent customer experience<\/p>\n
\nOversee the execution of the complete sales process for all customers, including customer request handling, customer information gathering, finalisation of product specification and selection and SLA negotiation and finalisation
\nEnsure all after-sale customer queries or issues that come through sales department are properly handed over to customer care
\nEnsure all support departments are adequately briefed on customer details, to enable delivery of the order and adequate after sales customer support
\nConduct business professionally and ethically by adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
\nMaintaining a clear forecast of opportunities and developing a sales pipeline in order to reach sales targets<\/p>\n
\nIdentify and establish relationships in existing geography
\nProvide pre-sales and after-sales assistance in bid\/tender processes
\nManage customer relationships with new clients
\nDeliver presentations and propose consultation-based solutions
\nKeep abreast of market changes and have a broad understanding of Telecommunication Services, Frameworks, Technologies<\/p>\n

\nFormal Qualifications Required
\nMatric and relevant Diploma<\/p>\n
\n3 years relevant sales experience within Telecommunications\/ICT sector including experience with Channel Partners and SME clients.<\/p>\n
