\nSalary:<\/strong> R 6,500.00 – 6,500.00 Annually
\nDuration:<\/strong> 12 Months<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nThis role will be responsible for assisting the Networking and Development team within the department.
\nThe IT Graduate will be reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Responsible for operating the IT Helpdesk and responding to IT queries
\n\u2022Assist the IT team in providing windows, desktop, and infrastructure support
\n\u2022To assist facilitate asset management as well as audit requirement preparations.
\n\u2022Troubleshoot and solve common computer problems
\n\u2022VoIP Phones Physical support
\n\u2022End Point Device management: Laptops, mobile devices, 2in1, Desktops
\n\u2022Manage faulty hardware – Repair process
\n\u2022Maintains SLA commitments for customers.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nQualifications:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Grade 12 \/ Matric
\n\u2022Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science \/Information Technology\/Software Development\/Networking or similar
\n\u2022IT Certifications advantageous
\n\u2022Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (We can provide on the job training)
\n\u2022Proficient in Windows environment (Windows 10, Server 2012-2019)
\n\u2022Understanding of networking (switches, firewalls, VLAN\u2019s, wireless etc)<\/p>\n
