To support line management in all Human Resources activities encompassing the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures of the SACAA<\/p>\n

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Human Resources Administration:<\/strong> Performance Management:<\/strong> Staffing:<\/strong> Industrial Relations:<\/strong> Organisational Development:<\/strong> Implement Job Evaluation process with the assistance from the OD department. Assist in implementing HR and Employee Engagement surveys.<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong> Minimum Experience:<\/strong> All SACAA appointments are subject to S98 of the Civil Aviation Act, 13 of 2009 and all successful candidates will be subjected to security vetting.

\nHuman Resources Policies:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Provide input into the development of Human Resources policies and procedures in partnership with the Management.
\nTraining and Development
\n\u2022Assist employees and line management in the planning and implementation of training and development interventions.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Perform the day to day Human Resources administration of SACAA policy and procedures.
\n\u2022Attend to queries and follow up with the line managers and employees in line with the time frames as outlines in the HR SLA.
\n\u2022Assist in the planning and implementation of HR events.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Provide line management with advice and support pertaining to the performance management process and ESS system.
\n\u2022Facilitate and coordinate any appeals lodged by staff members with the guidance from the ER department.
\n\u2022Train, Monitor and implement effective performance management process and systems for SACAA employees.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Provide line managers with advice and support pertaining to the acquisition of staff within the boundaries of the relevant policies, practices and procedures.
\n\u2022Assist with the compiling of a shortlist of potential candidates together with the line manager.
\n\u2022Conduct interviews and complete the necessary administration.
\n\u2022Prepare the required reports for approval and offers for prospective employees.
\n\u2022Conduct induction for every new employee in line with the Induction policy and procedure.
\n\u2022Liaise with ER on Disciplinary and Grievance matters.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Provide the support to employees and managers regarding the implementation of Industrial Relations practices and procedures.
\n\u2022Participate in engagement forums between line management and the Labour Union.
\n\u2022Assist in Facilitating the arranging of Disciplinary Hearings and recording of lodged grievances.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Perform Organisational Development studies when required and make recommendations to ensure effective service delivery.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Support the OD department with the implementation of all OD initiatives and processes.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum Qualification<\/strong>:
\nNational Diploma in Human Resource Management at NQF level 6 or Human Sciences Degree .<\/p>\n
\nHuman Resources Operations5Years<\/p>\n
\nPreference will be given to Employment Equity candidates in line with Employment Equity Targets.
