Job Title: Customer Data Analyst<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> DM 26\/03\/21<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Strategic and analytical skills
\n\u2022Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
\n\u2022Ambitious and assertive personality
\n\u2022Ability to develop and implement concepts
\n\u2022Willingness to travel
\n\u2022Building and managing a vibrant, long-term network of relationships with customers and the sales force.
\n\u2022Enhance communication between customers and the company representatives in offering support, guidance and structure.
\n\u2022Use company information systems to analyse the customers\u2019 situation and innovatively create new systems and processes.
\n\u2022Co-ordinate customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention together with the sales force.
\n\u2022Identify new business opportunities across the company’s client base.
\n\u2022Customer potential analysis by market segments or business codes for marketing and foundation of further divisions.
\n\u2022Analysis of SML customer developments
\n\u2022Customer base development reporting to support sales –
\n\u2022 Customer Balance report
\n\u2022 Alarm list report
\n\u2022 Customer loyalty report
\n\u2022Ensures customer service by meeting service levels and objectives specified by the company.
\n\u2022Identifies and delivers into the customer relationship the right people, solutions, resources, and ideas.
\n\u2022Provide quality service and support.
\n\u2022Responsible for generating and compiling reports.
\n\u2022Administration and analysis of customer surveys.
\n\u2022Records the necessary information and follow up to ensure that communication is delivered to the relevant departments.
\n\u2022Development and maintenance of loyalty programs<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Grade 12\/equivalent
\n\u2022Diploma or degree in Business or Marketing Management will be an advantage.
\n\u2022Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in customer data analysis or similar role within a sales environment
\n\u2022Computer literate.
\n\u2022Excellent Excel and statistics proficiency advantageous.
\n\u2022Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
\n\u2022Presentation skills.
\n\u2022Team player
\n\u2022Task orientated with excellent administrative skills.<\/p>\n
