Job Title: Human Resources Administrator<\/strong>

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nRoles & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Knowledge of relevant legislation (BCEA, EEA, LRA, SDA, OHSA, OIDA)
\n\u2022Knowledge of HR and ER practices, standards, procedures and policies
\n\u2022Analytical skills and attention to detail
\n\u2022Good administrative and statistical skills
\n\u2022Able to enter working areas to provide effective and continuous services and support
\n\u2022Knowledge of mining or manufacturing industry
\n\u2022Ensure labour movements and plans are effected in the relevant system \/ area
\n\u2022Generate\/complete forms to create\/update organisational structure
\n\u2022Perform weekly & monthly labour audits to reconcile between payroll system and actual figures.
\n\u2022Identification of candidates and completion of necessary documents for employee development
\n\u2022Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and reporting on employee attendance in terms of: at work, on leave, sick leave and absenteeism. (in conjunction with \/ as received from Time Management)
\n\u2022Accurate and timely information relating to labour in their area of responsibility
\n\u2022Liaise with Payroll and Time Management
\n\u2022Ensure accurate and timely data capturing and keeping.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nMinimum Requirments:<\/strong>
\n\u2022NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or Adult Senior Certificate)
\n\u2022Studying towards a recognised tertiary qualification in HR will be advantageous
\n\u2022At least 2 years experience in a Human Resources or Time Management related role within
\nthe mining environment.
\n\u2022Computer Literacy (MS Office, Sage)
\n\u2022Ability to read and write English
\n\u2022Ability to communicate with people on different levels
\n\u2022Valid Certificate of physical fitness
\n\u2022Drivers license<\/p>\n
