{"id":66113,"date":"2021-07-16T08:10:57","date_gmt":"2021-07-16T06:10:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=66113"},"modified":"2021-07-16T09:57:33","modified_gmt":"2021-07-16T07:57:33","slug":"letshego-holdings-limited-current-job-vacancy-apply-now-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/letshego-holdings-limited-current-job-vacancy-apply-now-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Letshego Holdings Limited Current Job Vacancy &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To carry out the process of obtaining, organising, and delivering on data requests for various Internal Audit projects and special initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Audit Data Analytics Specialist <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Gaborone, South East, Botswana<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> Audit Data Analytics Specialist<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p>Job Summary:<br \/>\nParticipates in the planning, organisation, and completion of Internal Audit projects to review and evaluate various internal controls business processes as needed to assess the reliability of financial data, safeguarding of assets and records, and adherence to policies and procedures.<br \/>\nAssists in identifying and developing new analytics (descriptive, diagnostic and prescriptive) to support risk and control conclusions on an audit basis<br \/>\nMaintains existing data analytics projects and develop new projects that support the execution and administration of Internal Audit\u2019s mission and annual plan<br \/>\nQueries, links, validates and then analyses data across multiple databases with a keen eye on data integrity<br \/>\nParticipates in brainstorming and creation of ad-hoc\/continuous monitoring reporting as needed to support internal investigations, special projects and the on-going monitoring of fraud risks<br \/>\nLeads efforts to training other Data Analytics and\/or Internal Audit personnel on the execution\/use of DA techniques<br \/>\nEvaluates and expands continuous monitoring capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness<br \/>\nWith the support of the Audit Manager or Audit leadership, engages in special projects, critical process reviews, and investigations as necessary<br \/>\nWorks closely with members of audit teams to obtain requirements, understand business processes, understand data flow and lineage.<br \/>\nConducts interviews and inquiries with auditees to understand business processes, technology and data to support audit scope and objectives.<br \/>\nDevelops and maintain complex analytics to support continuous auditing and monitoring activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nDegree in Technology\/Statistics\/Data Science<br \/>\nA minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in a Data Analytics role.
