\nDeal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
\nEnsure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
\nRespond to customer complaints and comments.
\nOrganize special promotions, displays and events.
\nUpdate colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
\nTour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues.
\nMaintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
\nInitiate changes to improve the business, e.g., revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market.

\nA post graduate Degree or its equivalent in Electrical or Electronics, Sales, Marketing, or closely related discipline from a recognised Tertiary Institution
\nEssential: 7 \u2013 10 years\u2019 experience in Sales within a manufacturing environment \u2013 Electrical will be advantageous.
\nAt least 5 years\u2019 experience in a Senior Sales managerial capacity.
\nComputer literate (Microsoft office, AccPacc, Syspro, Power BI, Sage Enterprise Intelligence)<\/p>\n
