Job Title: Receipting Clerk<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> RCC02 -Receipting Clerk
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nDuties and responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Capture unpaid report and send to credit controllers for processing bi-monthly
\n\u2022Compile monthly arrears report
\n\u2022Create journals to action changes
\n\u2022Ensure all transactions are allocated correctly
\n\u2022Ensure receipts on the bank recon
\n\u2022Responding to queries
\n\u2022Ensure all queries (internal & external) are responded to within required time frames<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nExperience & Qualifications:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric\/Grade 12
\n\u2022Diploma in Bookkeeping or equivalent Accounting degree
\n\u2022Minimum three years\u2019 experience in a similar role.<\/p>\n

Competencies and Skills:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Excel proficient
\n\u2022Strong attention to detail
\n\u2022Ability to work in highly pressurised environment that may require to work out of normal business hours
\n\u2022Strong numbers\/ financial skills
\n\u2022Deadline driven and good time management skills
\n\u2022Accountable<\/p>\n
