National Renal Care actively supports the recruitment of people with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Registered Nurse &#8211; BRC Gateway<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> Registered Nurse &#8211; BRC Gateway<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> R 7.00 &#8211; 7.00 Monthly<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Registered Nurse\/Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice) will render and promote cost effective, safe, quality patient care in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.<br \/>\nThe incumbent will further be responsible for direct and\/or indirect nursing care of a patient or a group of patients, for assessing, planning, executing and supervising the implementation of care to meet patient needs, be a role model in the delivery of evidence based care and will actively participate in Clinical Governance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo perform dialysis according to prescription in a safe manner and in accordance to NRC\u2019s internal policies and procedures.<br \/>\nTo provide optimal patient care as per the nursing scope of practice and NRC\u2019s clinical care pathways.<br \/>\nManage and maintain all medical equipment in accordance with NRC\u2019s technical policies and procedures.<br \/>\nEnsure that all NRC quality initiative programs are utilized for the patients under your management.<br \/>\nEnsure that all patient clinical records are maintained and updated in accordance with the deadlines, policies &amp; procedures and the NRC standards.<br \/>\nEnsure that all financial policies and procedures are followed in the unit i.e. confirmation, billing, private patients, stock, waste etc.<br \/>\nResponsible for leading the shift and for the supervision of all subcategories on the floor on a daily basis.<br \/>\nDemonstrate the National Renal Care Values and Caring the NRC Way.<\/p>\n<p>Relevant qualification within a specialist area or equivalent NQF 7.<br \/>\nRegistration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse\/ Midwife or Registration with HPCSA as a Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice)<br \/>\nExperience in Renal Nursing will be a strong recommendation<br \/>\nCapacity to implement and maintain standards of health practice required from all accredited bodies and appropriate health legislation.<br \/>\nMust be able to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal skills required.<br \/>\nExcellence orientation (concern for high quality of work)<br \/>\nStrong customer orientation<br \/>\nTeam Player<br \/>\nEthical behavior (Honesty)<br \/>\nLeadership ability<br \/>\nWell organized<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jb.skillsmapafrica.com\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FCandidate%2FFullRegistration%3FJobKey%3Dae4b869bf1ba44609f5ccdbf0e8a2d05%26isApplication%3D1&amp;ReturnUrlWithProfile=%2FJob%2FIndex%2F51834%3FAutoApply%3DTrue\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 26\/07\/2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>National Renal Care has grown and evolved into the leading total kidney and disease management organisation in South Africa.
