Job Title: Debtors Clerk<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Woodmead, Gauteng, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> Debtors Clerk

\nSalary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nCustomer Service:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Engage with Debtors on a professional manner
\n\u2022Follow up on all Debtors enquiries received
\n\u2022Resolving daily Debtors queries and ensuring query resolution register is maintained<\/p>\n

Administration:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Daily posting and clearing of the accounts
\n\u2022Posting of payments where applicable to relevant customer\/trade customer account
\n\u2022Follow-up on debtors related issues and the tracking thereof
\n\u2022Preparation and distribution of debtor\u2019s statements
\n\u2022Preparation of monthly standard invoices
\n\u2022Preparation of Interest Received
\n\u2022Clearing and balancing of internal accounts
\n\u2022Weekly Debtors reconciliations to be sent through to Head Office
\n\u2022Maintaining debtors files and supporting documentation
\n\u2022Daily \/ Weekly \/ Monthly Reporting to management on outstanding debtors<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE\/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 3-5 years working experience in debtor\u2019s collection
\n\u2022 Strong in collecting outstanding debtors
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of the debtors function
\n\u2022 Excellent reconciliation skills for complex accounts
\n\u2022 Must be able to communicate well internally and with customers
\n\u2022 Must be highly organized and able to plan
\n\u2022 Computer literate
\n\u2022 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\n\u2022 Highly administrative and debtor focused
\n\u2022 Structured and organised approach
\n\u2022 Self reliant, flexible, energetic, confident
\n\u2022 Strong resistance to pressure<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION:<\/strong>
\nSome Tertiary qualification would be an advantage<\/p>\n
