\nDrive and grow VAPS sales in the Dealership channel through internal and external relations and partnerships, resulting in an increase in VAPS market share with this segment, ultimately driving profitable growth.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events. Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services. Grow the business by creating a dealer distribution network wide of existing TIH partnerships. Develop business cases to justify the pursuit of chosen opportunities.
\nEnsure the effective on-boarding of dealer distribution agreements aligned to internal compliance standards.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop and implement a relationship management plan for new customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues. Collect feedback from identified customers or customer segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on customer input. Develop and maintain positive relationships with Dealers. Identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.<\/p>\n
\nDeliver specified projects while working within an established program management plan. End to end project management of VAPS Dealer initiatives. Drive project team to meet timelines and successful implementation Execute management of the business case through realizing marketing and commercial objectives.<\/p>\n
\nAnalyze current performance inhibitors and find solutions to ensure business continuity.<\/p>\n
\nExplain the local action plan to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done and and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization’s strategy, mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.<\/p>\n
\nRespond to personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance. Monitor the performance of the team; allocate work and review completion, take appropriate corrective action to ensure timeliness and quality; contribute to formal individual performance management and appraisal.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. \nIdentify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from a project\/program manager. Leverage all available information from our partners, the industry, and internally to ensure continuous review of departmental processes, systems and protocols to improve efficiencies.<\/p>\n
\nMaintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization’s policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. Identify, within the team, patterns of non-compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures, and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate. Ensure maintenance of the compliance framework. Ensure appropriate training and development takes place. Monitor quality assurance. Manage financial transactions of commission payments.<\/p>\n
\nContribute to the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates. Lead execution of complex reports, identifying and interpreting complex patterns and trends, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations. Regularly report to VAPSCO on performance of Dealer Network Channel.<\/p>\n
