To assisting the Procurement Officer and EPPF departments with the execution of procurement activities in line with prescribed policies, procedures; including travel co-ordination responsibilities.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Procurement Administrator<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> ASSIST WITH QUALITY ASSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n – Ensures full compliance with Fund procurement policies. SUPPORT VENDOR OR SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n – Assist with the review and analysis of all vendors\/suppliers, supply, and price options. PROCUREMENT REPORTING AND RESEARCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n – Assist Procurement Officer in tracking and reporting on key functional metrics to promote visibility, track spend and improve effectiveness. TRAVEL COORDINATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n – Have the ability to organise local and international travel arrangements including air, hotel and ground transportation. Requirements:<\/strong>

\n– Assist the Procurement Officer with procurement projects and provide ongoing monitoring as required.
\n– Track, update and monitor the procurement department information to ensure that it has important details, such as the suppliers\u2019 qualifications, BBBEE rating, delivery times, potential development and products.
\n– Responsible for the purchase of products and services in the organization against agreed vendor contracts, including providing support for travel bookings.
\n– Support employees with procurement and supplier relationships helping to drive better procurement practice.
\n– Provide excellent client service and ensure that a professional manner is maintained with clients at all times.<\/p>\n
\n– Tracks deviations from procurement policies and procedures and raises non-conformance.
\n– Upholds code of ethics, and gift policies.<\/p>\n
\n– Ensure that the product and supplies are high quality.
\n– Maintain and update list of suppliers and their delivery times.
\n– Support the Procurement Officer in procurement activities such as the tender process, supplier relationships and contract management for goods and services.<\/p>\n
\n– Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
\n– Identify, research and monitor business trends, product availability and potential new suppliers as and where requested.<\/p>\n
\n– Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
\n– Diagnose the clients\u2019 specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
\n– Supply travellers with pertinent information and useful travel material (guides, maps, event programs etc.).
\n– Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
\n– Create and update electronic records of clients.
\n– Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
\n– Research explore and study different travel destination options.
\n– Research and study clients\u2019 specifications and wishes.
\n– Book tickets, reserve accommodation, organize rental transportation.
\n– Provide useful travel material such as guides, maps and event programs.
\n– Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
\n– Report on spend against budget and travel activities.
\n– Report on monthly travel costs.<\/p>\n
\n– National Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
\n– At least 2 years procurement experience.
\n– Knowledge of procurement systems and procedures.
\n– Strong numerical skills and a degree of commercial acumen commensurate with level of responsibility
\n– Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
\n– Project Management Skills<\/p>\n
