\nThis position will be responsible for debt collection of the Etlin Group and the administration of debtors, prepare and analyze of new credit applications, receipt and allocation of payments and control of account queries by investing in own personal development, living the Etlin values and adhering to all policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
\nKnowledge and understanding of debtor\u2019s management
\nBasic accounting Knowledge
\nKnowledge of interest calculations
\nLegal compliance (finance) knowledge
\nUnderstanding of financial statements
\nKnowledge of the NCA
\nKnowledge and understanding of online retail portal<\/p>\n
\nGood communication (verbal and written)
\nExcellent telephone etiquette skills
\nMS Office intermediary level
\nGood interpersonal skills
\nAble to handle common debtor and creditor queries
\nAble to deal with conflict (difficult customers)<\/p>\n
\nMinimum education (desirable): 3-5 years experience in a debtor\u2019s role, in a high-volume industry<\/p>\n
\nPreferred nature of experience: Working weekends and long hours when required<\/p>\n
\nWorking remotely when required
\nClear Criminal Record<\/p>\n
