To supervise processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Also greeting customers when entering and leaving the store, maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area and keeping reports of cash\/ credit transactions.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Supervisor: Elliot Driveway (TRAD481)<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Elliot, Eastern Cape, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> TRAD481
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent
\nSalary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n

Key responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n1.Supervision and effective management of staff (time and attendance record holding for staff)
\n2.Provide effective and efficient management of stock\/ fuel
\n3.Monitoring opening and closing readings of pumps
\n4.Takings readings of dips and inform Manager when orders need to be placed
\n5.Check and monitor fuel delivery
\n6.Effective stock control management
\n7.Responsible for the merchandising of stock \/ stock counting (day & night shifts)
\n8.Liasing with suppliers to obtain order numbers
\n9.Issuing of credit notes
\n10.Do the End of Day of all the shifts on Syspro<\/p>\n

Job Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Grade 12
\n\u2022Be able to work shifts
\n\u2022Bilingual (Afrikaans\/English)<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/strong>
\n\u2022At least 1 year experience in procurement, storage
\n\u2022At least 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity
\n\u2022Knowledge of stock taking
\n\u2022Knowledge and experience in trade administration<\/p>\n

Skills:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Proven administrative skills
\n\u2022Results driven
\n\u2022Proven knowledge of people management
\n\u2022Proven understanding of Health and Safety
\n\u2022Ability to supervise teams
