Stefanutti Stocks Building Western Cape is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor with a National Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying for a limited duration contract. Applicants should have appropriate experience, across a range of projects, with a medium to large construction company. Candidates should be self-starting and highly motivated, with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The best candidates will be detailed and organized team players with demonstrated delivery in high pressure situations. Job Summary:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Contract Law and insurances
\n\u2022Quantity surveying
\n\u2022Basic Financial reporting and cash management
\n\u2022Construction methods and outputs, programming and scheduling
\n\u2022SHEQ legislation and application
\n\u2022Basic IR and relevant labour legislation
\n\u2022Proven ability to manage a team of junior employees
\n\u2022Key attributes for the role: attention to detail, deadline driven and ability to work autonomously<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022National Diploma\/ Degree (Quantity Surveying)
\n\u2022At least 5 years related experience in the construction \/engineering environment.
\n\u2022Experience using CCS essential<\/p>\n
