\nIdentify and manage stakeholders up to top management level, finding out their
\nneeds\/issues\/concerns and reacting to these by leading and coordinating the
\ndevelopment of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of
\nbusiness information and decisions.
\nBuild and maintain effective internal and external relationships with various
\nstakeholders to foster effective long-term strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n
\ninnovation, and alternative suppliers for a medium-risk area with some
\nalternatives\/medium costs of changing, in consultation with relevant functions to
\nprovide solid market information for decision making.
\nEnsure achievement of the company\u2019s BBBEE objective with regard to
\npreferential suppliers as well as compliance to the Code of Good Practice.
\nUnderstand business processes, needs and requirements in order to award
\nbusiness based on compliance requirements contained in the Requests For
\nProposals and best practice.<\/p>\n

\nFacilitate and finalise Supplier Service level Agreements and contracting with
\nexisting and new Suppliers in conjunction with the Legal Compliance Team.<\/p>\n
