\nResponsible for the implementation of the talent strategy framework and
\nactivities for TIH; talent planning, succession & leadership development,
\nemployee engagement, talent assessments and performance management.
\nWork within the Talent Management function to deliver and implement the broad
\narray of integrated talent management solutions to help the organization retain
\nand grow talent.<\/p>\n
\nSupport the delivery of the talent management framework for Leadership
\nDevelopment, employee engagement, succession planning and performance
\nmanagement.<\/p>\n
\nAssist business to identify and develop internal candidate talent pools for critical
\nspecialist and management roles, developing a variety of talent development,
\nsuccession and engagement processes and tools.<\/p>\n
\nAssess candidates and provide feedback into the talent identification process;
\nobserve assessment center activities and\/or administer psychometric
\nassessments or work simulations; evaluate assessment evidence against
\ndevelopment or promotion criteria.<\/p>\n
\nPartner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver data-driven
\ntalent solutions that are efficient, effective, and flexible. Identify and manage
\npotential risk related to all talent development activities.
\nProvide assessment feedback to leaders to assist with hiring decisions,
\npromotions and development.
\nDevelop and facilitate training with leaders and HRBPs on assessment and team
\nbuilding workshops<\/p>\n
\nPrepare and coordinate the completion of psychometric assessment reports.<\/p>\n
\nDeliver complex analyses of talent and psychometric data; identify key trends
\nand contribute to the creation of internal talent insights that enable the diagnosis
\nof business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and\/or improvement
\nof business performance.
\nEnsure all leadership development, employee engagement, employee
\nengagement surveys, performance and capability data is tracked and available
\nfor all reporting requirements.
\nCarry out complex talent and psychometric data processing tasks; advise
\ncolleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools
\nand administration processes.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development
\nplanning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or
\nmaintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve
\nperformance and fulfill personal potential.
\nMaintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and
\nindustry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and
\nreading specialist media.<\/p>\n
\nCreate role profiles for key existing and new roles; engage with managers to
\nclarify the scope of the role and develop a role profile.<\/p>\n
\nContinuous focus on research and identify opportunities for improvement in
\ntalent development processes and execute accordingly.<\/p>\n
\nUse the organization’s formal development framework to identify the team’s
\nindividual development needs. Assist in creating individual development plans
\nand suggest actions to build their capabilities. Provide training or coaching to
\nothers throughout the organization in talent management framework and
\nprocesses to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal and\/or
\nthe team’s potential.<\/p>\n
\nGeneral Education:<\/strong>
\nHonours Degree (Essential)
\nRegistered Psychometrist (Essential)<\/p>\n
\nMinimum 5 years experience in a Talent Management and Assessment function (Essential)
\nExperience in financial services industry (Advantageous)<\/p>\n
