\nThe successful candidate will be responsible to monitor and respond appropriately to social media (eg facebook), including online channels such as booking.com, in terms of company guidelines.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Monitor social media channels, and address both public and Member commentary (i.e. complaints\/compliments\/general enquiries)
\n\u2022Ensure that complaints, inquiries or requests from online platforms are resolved & appropriate customer-centred responses are posted timeously. This will include handing personally difficult situations and irate individuals.
\n\u2022Address queries via phone, email or face to face consultation
\n\u2022Perform additional duties as assigned including but not limited to Member Services.<\/p>\n
\nPosition Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Matric
\n\u2022 Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, in a travel services environment
\n\u2022 Highly computer literate<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
\n\u2022 Strong attention to detail
\n\u2022 Self-motivated
\n\u2022 Ability to work under extreme pressure
\n\u2022 Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously
\n\u2022 Good administrative and planning skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
\n\u2022 Commitment to delivering service that exceeds our customer\u2019s expectations.<\/p>\n
