If you have the potential for management and you would like to enhance your career by developing your skills, this is the position for you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Site Supervisor &#8211; KZN<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> REF_SS__392_20210820<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022Lead and manage team in order to produce a food safe site, daily.<br \/>\n\u2022Manage and achieve the Budgeted Man-hours and Purchases in their Section(s).<br \/>\n\u2022Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment with compliance to all statutory safety regulations<br \/>\n\u2022Manage individual and team performance; coach and develop staff.<br \/>\n\u2022Responsible for all Operational activities in their section, including operational problem solving<br \/>\n\u2022Maintain Customer relationship; meet Customer expectations and eliminate plant damage &amp; downtime.<br \/>\n\u2022Adhere to and promote the Company Value system by compliance with the Ecowize Way.<br \/>\n\u2022Deliver weekly and monthly reports.<br \/>\nRequirements<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022Ideally passed Grade 12 backed by a soundtrack record as a team leader or supervisor of a socially and culturally diverse labour force.<br \/>\n\u2022Able to work a shift position.<br \/>\n\u2022Background in stock control, stock management, ordering and processing of stock advantageous.<br \/>\n\u2022Experience in the cleaning of food processing facilities<br \/>\n\u2022Must be able to manage the strict flow of operation and variable allocation of resources.<br \/>\n\u2022Be strong operationally with good track record in Industrial Relations.<br \/>\n\u2022High-Quality administrative skills required.<br \/>\n\u2022Meet key delivery dates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum qualifications and experience:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Experience Food Production, FMCG, or the cleaning industry essential.<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be computer literate..<br \/>\n\u2022 Previous experience with the Total Quality Management system is advantageous.<br \/>\n\u2022 ND in Food Technology, Generic Manager and Project Management is advantageous.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate will have the following skills and characteristics:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Strong multi-tasking, organisational, and time management skills.<br \/>\n\u2022Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br \/>\n\u2022Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.<br \/>\n\u2022Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems.<br \/>\n\u2022Ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively.<br \/>\n\u2022Self-discipline and drive to meet daily objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022A passion for people, and to grow with a diverse team of professionals.<br \/>\n\u2022Must have a strong preference to work in the Ecowize culture with the following core values; Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Open Communication, and Service Excellence.<\/p>\n<p>The Company is committed to complying with legislation and meeting its strategic goals regarding employment equity.<\/p>\n<p>When applying for jobs, ensure that you have the minimum job requirements.
