\nThe purpose of the Relationship Manager is to increase the company\u2019s market share through proactively building relationships with current and new customers, communicating campaigns and providing customised solutions through upselling and cross-selling across the different categories.<\/p>\n
\nJOB OBJECTIVES AND FUNCTIONS
\nGrowing sales for customer base
\n\u2022Responsible for understanding customer\u2019s business and identifying and preparing solutions that are catered for them by analysing
\nsales metrics
\n\u2022Communicate new campaigns to customers and work together with the customers to identify marketing opportunities
\n\u2022Meet with customers to go through spend profile and work proactively with them to find opportunities that could move the
\ncustomer into a new loyalty program level
\n\u2022Conduct check-ins with customers whose spend is declining to establish the reason and to assist where possible<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Networking & Marketing CampaignsProvide customers with training on new products
\n\u2022Proactively build and nurture existing customer relationships to improve the overall customer experience
\n\u2022Resolve customer queries \/ concerns or escalate if required<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Communicate new campaigns to customers and work together with the customer to identify marketing opportunities
\n\u2022Meet with customer to go through spend profile and work proactively with them to find opportunities that could move the
\ncustomer into a new loyalty program level
\n\u2022Conduct check-ins with customers whose spend is declining to establish the reason and to assist where possible<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Weekly reporting on Churn, YTD spend, monthly spend and activity report
\n\u2022 Resolve complaints or escalate<\/p>\n
\nNQF 4Matric or Equivalent _ Essential
\nNQF 6Marketing\/ Business Administration_Desirable<\/p>\n
\n3-5 years\u2019 experience as a Relationship Manager \/ Outbound Sales Representative<\/p>\n
