Job Title: Marketing Director<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Requirements:<\/strong>

\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n
\nAs the Marketing Director you will be responsible for:
\nStrategy – Developing and executing Marketing and Customer Experience strategies to support business objectives
\nCustomer Experience – Leading communications and customer engagement programs spanning the entire customer lifecycle, ultimately enhancing customer experience
\nMarketing Operations – Manage and track campaigns, update and evolve CRM tools and take charge of the OUP website CMS
\nFinancial – Ensuring financial targets are supported and met through marketing and communication initiatives
\nGovernance – Ensuring statutory compliance while establishing and upholding business policies
\nPeople – Recruiting and developing top talent to deliver business objectives<\/p>\n
\nMarketing or related qualification, with an analytical and digital marketing background
\nAt least 5 to 7 years\u2019 experience as a marketing leader in a senior leadership team
\nNatural leadership capabilities and experience in a marketing leadership role
\nFinancial literacy
\nDemonstrable experience in Customer Experience strategy and analysis
\nProven track record in formulating and implementing successful marketing strategies
\nExperience in developing and managing CRM and marketing automation technologies<\/p>\n
