The candidate must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate high integrity and professional ethics and make decisions on the role in a prudent manner.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Athi River, Machakos, Kenya<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> MRM-BS\/07\/09\/2021<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type: <\/strong>Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\nOverall Purpose of the Position: Responsible for the formulation and implementation of people and organization development strategies in support of business objectives. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function &#8211; workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, policy interpretation and compliance, performance management and talent management &#8211; to deliver value-added services to management and employees.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Partner with line management in execution of HR strategy in line with the business objectives<br \/>\n\u2022Act as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support<br \/>\nchange and transformation \u2013 striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status.<br \/>\n\u2022Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies<br \/>\n\u2022Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning<br \/>\n\u2022Manage talent acquisition process in partnership with the hiring manager and ensures efficiency in turn-around time<br \/>\n\u2022Coordinate induction and onboarding of new hires in consultation with the hiring manager<br \/>\n\u2022Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management including but not limited to coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions<br \/>\n\u2022Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues for sustainable industrial tranquility<br \/>\n\u2022Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention<br \/>\n\u2022Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation<br \/>\n\u2022Evaluate issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for the design and execution of employee engagement programs<br \/>\n\u2022Partner with payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance and efficiency in service delivery<br \/>\n\u2022Together with Learning and Development identify training needs for the business unit and formulate training plans<br \/>\n\u2022Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure that the objectives are met<br \/>\n\u2022Partner with the leadership and learning and development team to grow the capacity of key talents and high potentials (HIPOs)<br \/>\nRequirements<br \/>\n\u2022Bachelor\u2019s Degree in business Administration\/Management or any other business related course<br \/>\n\u2022MBA is an added advantage<br \/>\n\u2022Minimum 7 years of working experience in the specific role or as a HR generalist<br \/>\n\u2022Computer Literacy: Advanced MS Office operating skills<br \/>\n\u2022Must have knowledge in HRIS<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jb.skillsmapafrica.com\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FCandidate%2FFullRegistration%3FJobKey%3D8a4f966186c448e496444d47013bce20%26isApplication%3D1&amp;ReturnUrlWithProfile=%2FJob%2FIndex%2F53352%3FAutoApply%3DTrue\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 21\/09\/2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MRM Building Solutions &amp; Steel is seeking to recruit a Human Resource Business Partner.
