\nKey Performance Areas:<\/strong>
\nThe individual occupying this position will :-
\n\u2022 Identify training requirements using skills- or needs assessments, in consultation with department managers and executives
\n\u2022 Create competency matrices, frameworks and programme outlines
\n\u2022 Design, develop and quality assess training material to ensure accurate, up to date and relevant content
\n\u2022 Plan, schedule and handle logistics for training sessions and workshops
\n\u2022 Conduct training using creative facilitation methodologies and techniques to ensure effective learning and development
\n\u2022 Plan and implement associated activities for Staff Wellness, including Culture Building, General Welfare, Charity and Enrichment, and Environmental Sustainability \uf075 Perform management issue analysis, solutions and OD interventions
\n\u2022 Keep management informed about progress of tasks, objectives, duties and responsibilities<\/p>\n
\nPosition Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Matric, with at least 2 years relevant experience in a training environment
\n\u2022 Train-the-Trainer \/ Facilitator Qualifications are preferred
\n\u2022 Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Must be able to write training content, supported by existing SOPs, for the purpose of course development
\n\u2022 Must be able to facilitate face to face learning of the course content developed, to a wide audience ranging from managers to general service employees.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
\n\u2022 Must be able to speak one or preferably multiple African languages i.e. isiZulu \/ isiXhosa \/ Sesotho etc.
\n\u2022 Strong facilitation \/ presentation skills
\n\u2022 Ability to use Microsoft Office (Ms Word, MS PowerPoint and Excel) at an Intermediate Level
\n\u2022 The individual will be based at Dikhololo Resort near Brits, NW province, but the candidate must have a valid driver\u2019s licence and be able to travel across SA on a regular basis
\n\u2022 Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure
\n\u2022 Highly computer literate.<\/p>\n
