\nManage a small team that is responsible for delivering Data Science related
\nobjectives in collaboration with the TIH relevant business units, using
\nmathematical and data related methods (e.g. machine learning, statistical
\nanalysis, optimisation, etc.). Responsible for designing, implementing,
\nmaintaining, measuring the effectiveness of (e.g. ROI), and optimising models
\nwithin TIH. These models should drive strategic intent and operational
\neffectiveness.<\/p>\n
\nAdvanced and Predictive Analytics:<\/strong>
\nEmploy machine learning techniques and build predictive, descriptive, and
\nbehavioral models to help achieve various business performance indicators and
\nto help identify business opportunities, linking insights to actionable
\nrecommendations.
\nManage the continuous optimisation cycle of these models including
\nimplementation, automation, reporting, measuring effectiveness, considering
\nimpact on behaviours, considering impact of external factors, redesigning, etc.
\nMonitor and quantify the impact of models on TIH business, its customers (e.g.
\ncustomer experience)and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n
\nPlan all business and technical aspects of different data and analytics systems
\nand platforms. Understand features and properties, ensure data integrity of new
\nand existing tracking of these systems and platforms.<\/p>\n
\nProvide specialist guidance on the interpretation and application of predictive
\nanalytics, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling
\nothers to take appropriate actions.
\nPresent and communicate models, results, etc. up to group exco level.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out
\ntheir needs\/issues\/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication
\nof business information and decisions.
\nDesign and implement Predictive or Renumeration models in consultation with
\nstakeholders (e.g. operational or business units). Build key relationships and
\ncollaboration across the business. Assist your Data Science team colleagues
\nacross the different areas of Data Science (Data, Analytics, Business
\nIntelligence, Business Analysis, Campaigns) with thoughtful input on methods,
\nlogic and reasoning. Equivalently and effectively leverage the assistance of your
\nData Science colleagues.<\/p>\n
\nContribute to the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates.
\nLead execution of complex reports, identifying and interpreting complex patterns
\nand trends. Present, and communicate high-impact data and analytics insights
\nand recommendations to critical internal and external stakeholders.
\nCalculate the ROI of the projects and models and present to key stakeholders.<\/p>\n
\nPerform complex statistical analysis and utilize data mining, modeling, and
\ntesting techniques to enable data analysis.
\nUnderstand the different business areas or critical business challenges\/
\nopportunities.<\/p>\n
\nCommunicate the actions needed to implement the function’s strategy and
\nbusiness plan within the team; explain the relationship to the broader
\norganisation’s mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these
\nand to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop and propose own performance objectives; take appropriate actions to
\nensure achievement of agreed objectives, using the organisation’s performance
