Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nEcowize Pest Control and Hygiene Division is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant. If you have a passion for sales and proven experience in the Pest Control and Hygiene industry this position is for you.<\/p>\n

Summary of responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Pre-planning Weekly Sales Prospects.
\n\u2022Filing reports on-line.
\n\u2022Maintain Service Records and Documentation.
\n\u2022Achieving daily and weekly call ratios to ensure targets are met.
\n\u2022Will be responsible to generate their own leads by means of cold calling.
\n\u2022Client site surveys and to supply solutions to the clients.
\n\u2022Preparing quotations\/proposals\/tenders and presentations.
\n\u2022Consolidate data in order to facilitate management reporting.
\n\u2022Develop and implement a growth strategy that focuses on specific market segments.
\n\u2022Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
\n\u2022Negotiating sales and clinching business deals.
\n\u2022Initiate Invoicing & Payment.
\n\u2022Conduct handing over of new contracts to operations.
\n\u2022Follow up on new business achieved.
\n\u2022Management of costs compared to budget.
\n\u2022Conduct follow up calls, relationship building.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>

\u2022Proven track record in establishing and growing sales pipeline.
\n\u2022Excellent selling, communication and strong negotiation skills.
\n\u2022Highly computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
\n\u20223 Years of sales experience in the Pest Control and Hygiene industry.
\n\u2022Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
\n\u2022High work standards, excellent communication skills, energetic and driven.
\n\u2022Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.

\n\u2022Code 8 drivers with Own reliable vehicle.<\/p>\n

\u2022Service orientated.
\n\u2022Exceptional communicator (verbal and written).
\n\u2022Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized.
\n\u2022Ability to manage tasks and duties.
\n\u2022Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems.
\n\u2022Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.
\n\u2022Must be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values; Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Open Communication, and Service Excellence.<\/p>\n

Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Grade 12.
\n\u2022Tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
\n\u2022Previous experience in the Pest Control and Hygiene Industry is essential.<\/p>\n
