Pharmacist: Artwork and Launch<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Tokai, Western Cape, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> RAP_2021<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary: <\/strong>Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Strategy and Development:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practices processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance and timeous availability of product to market<br \/>\n\u2022Contribute to new business initiatives and projects<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operational activities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Coordinate the compilation of artwork packs in line with internal procedures and legal requirements<br \/>\n\u2022Allocate PPM codes, barcodes and raise CCP\u2019s where necessary in line with departmental policies and procedures<br \/>\n\u2022Liaise with Supply, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Design department to ensure operational and legal requirements are met<br \/>\n\u2022Liaise with external stakeholders including printers and packers to ensure artwork projects are delivered on time<br \/>\n\u2022Proactively plan implementation and availability of printer proofs at supplier\/printers<br \/>\n\u2022Liaise with managers and Heads of department to ensure launch plans are met<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with the implementation and coordination of departmental operational activities to ensure timeous launch of new and existing brands<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with the approval of advertising and promotional material<br \/>\n\u2022Monitor non-conformances and provide a progress report monthly to Head of Department on artwork\/project status<br \/>\n\u2022Review artwork components in line with legal requirements and business needs as per agreed timelines<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with preparation of internal self-inspections<br \/>\n\u2022Coordinate and manage the alignment of artwork and safety updates for the export market<br \/>\n\u2022Drive the implementation of safety information for the South African market<\/p>\n<p><strong>Good Manufacturing practice (GMP):<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Maintain all GMP principles in line with departmental Quality System and SAHPRA requirements<br \/>\n\u2022Maintain Marketing Code principles<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documentation &amp; Systems Management:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Documentation:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Manages the compilation and tracking of product status registers<br \/>\n\u2022Manages the implementation of artwork and promotional material in line with business requirements<br \/>\n\u2022Manages adherence to SOP\u2019s and departmental deadlines<br \/>\n\u2022Compiles monthly status reports<\/p>\n<p><strong>Systems:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Drive accuracy and efficiency of the departmental eDMS<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure ongoing compliance with SAHPRA requirements<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>PRE-REQUISITES:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022B-Pharm registration with SAPC<br \/>\n\u2022Minimum 3- 5 years working experience in a generics pharmaceutical environment<br \/>\n\u2022Project management experience essential<br \/>\n\u2022Critical knowledge of Act 101 and Marketing code<\/p>\n<p><strong>To
