\nAssist the marketing channels and studio teams with the implementation and
\nexecution of marketing plans and campaigns for both STI & 1Life.<\/p>\n
\nMarketing Execution:<\/strong>
\nUse the marketing system and protocols to deliver mostly routine support
\nservices.
\nCo-ordinate and direct the main activities of the Digital Marketing team to ensure
\nalignment and prioritisation.
\nUtilise Microsoft teams to assist the whole team in keeping track of key deadlines.
\nEnsure the team is on track for presentation deadlines; including planning and
\nperformance reviews.<\/p>\n
\nExtract relevant data from information provided by others, and input it into
\nspreadsheets or standard formats.
\nFollow up on loading and VDN tracking.
\nExtract and collate accurate reporting metrics, and upload daily, weekly and
\nmonthly stats to keep track of media performance.
\nFollow up and collate slides from channel managers for the monthly team reports.
\nInitiate quarterly surveys to marketing \u2018clients\u2019, collate results and present back to the team.<\/p>\n
\nTrack budgets and report variances to more senior colleagues.
\nEnsure invoices are processed timeously.
\nConduct monthly tracking and balancing of OPEX and Credit Card.<\/p>\n
\nPrepare moderately complex documents using a variety of computer applications
\nsuch as Microsoft Office. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
\nGenerate NDA\u2019s and Contracts for partners and staff.
\nTake minutes and distribute agendas for key meetings.
\nDrive monthly and quarterly nominations for awards.<\/p>\n
\nCreate a local document management system for an office or department.
\nOrganise online folders.
\nEnsure team documentation is updated such as organograms, job profiles etc.<\/p>\n
\nHelp manage internal client relationships by supporting other to build effective
\nworking relations.
\nStay abreast of digital conferences and events and communicate relevant
\ninformation with the team.<\/p>\n
\nAssist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and
\nsupporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.<\/p>\n
\nProduce, update and provide best practice support on MS documents, databases
\nand other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues.
\nTasks could include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, time
\nand expense recording, onboarding of new staff and similar.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills by participating in
\nassessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal
\ntraining and coaching.
\nRequirements
\nGrade 12\/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Marketing (Advantageous)<\/p>\n
\n3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role using standard digital marketing processes
\nwork, such as: – campaign planning, production, advertising, content planning
\nand reporting (Essential)<\/p>\n
