We are seeking to hire a skilled Business analyst to join our team. Your duties will revolve around building relations with clients to establish their business requirements. Documenting and collating requirements to build solutions to work with new technologies and in new environments and Improving system performance. You will be involved in planning and spec sessions as well as improvement of our internal technical processes and procedures. Engagement with developers and understanding development logic and logical thinking is required. To be successful in this role, you need extensive business analysis knowledge and skills as well as the drive to get things done right.<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Develop Software to specification
\n\u2022Maintain and Improve existing solutions
\n\u2022Write pseudo code and UI tests to improve system stability
\n\u2022Assist with application design and technical documentation
\n\u2022Ensure software is developed to a high standard
\n\u2022Execute technical investigations
\n\u2022Ensure system quality through defined process and standards<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nSkills Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022IS Degree with honours or Close Alternative
\n\u20223 years or more of solid working experience (Continuous experience)
\n\u2022Strong business analysis Experience (developing specs, testing requirements and managing client expectations\u2026)
\n\u2022Logical thinking and decision making skills
\n\u2022Ability to understand clients business rules and translate into documentation and system rules
\n\u2022Documenting and managing requirements and traceability
\n\u2022Specification creation, review and manage client sign off
\n\u2022System testing of signed of requirements and specifications
\n\u2022Providing direction to junior team members to complete tasks on specifications and testing
\nBeneficial Skills:
\n\u2022Understanding of development – (Database Design, Queries, Stored Procs\u2026)
\n\u2022Understanding and use of Enterprise architect
\n\u2022Business analysis certifications
\nRequired Behavioural Traits:
\n\u2022Meticulous attention to detail
\n\u2022Driven to deliver quality work
\n\u2022Excellent problem-solving skills
\n\u2022Self-disciplined and self-motivated with good time management
