We welcome your application if you believe you meet the requirements for this position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe individual would be required to posses the following:<br \/>\nExcellent administration and facilitation skills.<br \/>\nWell-developed written and oral communication.<br \/>\nAbility to build and maintain relationships at all levels (both internal and external).<br \/>\nAttention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy.<br \/>\nAbility to manage own time and able to prioritise (in terms of risk and urgency) projects and activities.<br \/>\nStrong service ethic and ensures that learning needs are met.<br \/>\nResilience, perseverance and tenacity. The ability to stay focused and goal orientated in the face of adversity. Rarely upset by criticism, able to remain optimistic despite<br \/>\nsetbacks.<br \/>\nEagerness to learn: must display willingness and capacity to acquire the necessary levels of competence for the role.<br \/>\nOpen-minded, ability to adapt readily to changes in situations, systems or procedures.<br \/>\nAssertive: confident without being aggressive. Not easily intimidated.<br \/>\nGood listening skills, actively clarifying what has been communicated to ensure good understanding.<br \/>\nFocus on excellence: sets high standards for quality and quantity. Works in a methodical and orderly way.
