\nThe Portfolio Manager will be required to maximize the performance and value of the portfolio through strategic and operational planning. To meet these objectives the Portfolio Manager will be required to provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to the team, and ensure team members perform and are developed to the best of their abilities. Furthermore he\/she needs to ensure that Clients receive a high standard of service delivery and that buildings are well maintained.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Report on portfolio\u2019s performance: monthly income statements, vacancy reports, arrears capital projects and interpretation of variances

\nExperience & Qualifications:<\/strong>
\n\u20225 to 7 years property management experience within the Industrial sector
\n\u2022Minimum 3 years relevant tertiary qualification \u2013 preferably associated with
\nProperty Management
\n\u2022Auxiliary official training certificates will be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Must be analytical
\n\u2022Must have ability to communicate effectively at all levels
\n\u2022Must have ability to utilize the correct and relevant computer software
